The Halcyon Hills resort offers a minimum 7% rental guarantee for 2 years. This means that clients will benefit from a cash flow positive investment from day one of the resort's operation.

Should you choose to enter your property into the rental pool and allocate your two weeks of property use in high season to rentals, we GUARANTEE to pay you a 7% rental return for the first two years of resort operation. As well as the income described below, you would still have two weeks free personal usage per year!

It is predicted (Christie & Co. Feasibility Report) that once the resort has established itself, property owners can expect annual rental returns of around 14%.

Finance
We are currently offering GUARANTEED developer finance to all purchasers for the final payment (60% of the value of your share)for your property at Halcyon Hills.

Payment Terms
The payment structure for fractional ownership is split into three payments.

£500 Reservation fee
40% due upon signing the contracts
60% due upon completion of the property
